How far in advance should we book our wedding stationery?

We recommend booking your event stationery 4–6 months before the event date to allow sufficient time for the design process, revisions, printing and delivery. For bespoke or more elaborate stationery suites, we recommend getting in touch even earlier.

Do you require a deposit to secure our booking?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking and begin the design process. The remaining balance is payable according to the payment schedule outlined in your quotation. Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Will we receive a proof before our stationery goes to print?

Yes, you will receive a digital proof for review and approval before printing begins. This is your opportunity to check all wording, names, dates, times and other important details carefully. Printing will commence once final approval has been received.

How long does the stationery process take?

Our turnaround time depends on the type of stationery, the size of your order and the level of customisation required. As a general guideline, please allow approximately 6–8 weeks from the finalisation of your design to completion. We’ll confirm an estimated timeline when your order is placed.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, delivery options can be arranged for your convenience. Delivery fees and timelines will depend on your location and the size of your order. We’ll discuss the available options with you before finalising your quotation.

Do you offer on-site stationery setup at the wedding or events venue?

Depending on your requirements and our availability, we can arrange on-site stationery setup at your venue. This may include placing menus, name cards, table numbers, welcome signs, seating charts and other stationery elements. Setup fees, travel costs and arrangements will be quoted separately where applicable.
